MICHAELMAS Term classes

Classes are scheduled according to the University Term Dates with the exception of the Monday class at University of Cambridge Sports Centre and Tuesday's class at Wolfson College, both of which continue throughout the year. The new term begins Tuesday 3rd October 2017 with a programme of weekly classes at Cambridge colleges. Classes are open to students and non-students alike and cost £3 to £5. Yoga mats are provided (although it is best to buy your own). Please read 'Things you should know' before coming to a class.

Mondays 6.30pm - University of Cambridge Sports Centre

This session is a one hour general class mainly aimed at beginners but are challenging enough for those with an established practice. Classes continue every Monday throughout the year at the University Sports Centre in Philippa Fawcett Drive. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class to register. Tuesdays 6.15pm - wolfson college £5 Drop-In

Yoga at Wolfson College takes place in the lovely Lee Hall or in the Seminar Room (please ask the porters if you are unsure). You will be joining an established group of mixed abilities but beginners are always welcome. Whilst the format of each class is similar with systematic stretching, meditative awareness, vinyasa flow sequences and classic yoga postures, the focus changes each week to bring a fresh perspective to our practice. Wednesdays 6.15pm - st john's college £3 Drop-In

These sessions are a one hour general class mainly aimed at beginners but are challenging enough for those with an established practice. There are 5 classes this term in the Palmerston Room within the Fisher Building at the rear of the college. The first class is on Wednesday 1st November and the last class on 30th November.
